How To Use

Diffuse into the air using your favorite diffuser or add a few drops in a carrier oil to a warm bath to help with tension. Organic Peppermint is great added to unscented lotion or carrier oil for a massage or pedicure.

Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.

Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 5% in a carrier.

Diffuser Jewelry: For locket necklaces, add 10-15 drops of oil to the felt pad. For bracelets add 1-2 drops of oil to the lava stone. Only use oils suitable for topical application.
